Description: Habersham, Post Master General, writes from the General Post Office in Philadelphia that he had determined to drop the mail route down the Ohio River and resume that through the wilderness as less expensive, but some obstacles to resuming the wilderness route had occurred, so he is going to give a further trial to the river route.
