Title: William St. Clair letter to Rufus Putnam
Author: St. Clair, William
Description: William St. Clair, writing from Kaskaskia, informs Putnam that in the absence of Governor St. Clair, he has been issuing licenses for the Indian trade, but those licenses left by the Governor are now entirely expended. He asks Putnam to "remove the Dificulty [sic] on this head."
