Acting on an Ohio Company resolution of January 22, 1796, Rufus Putnam and Benjamin Ives Gilman signed a deed conveying unappropriated land to Ebenezer Cory, Housewright, for $9.13. The land included a garden lot near Campus Martius and a house lot in Campus Martius on which Cory had a house. |
