Acting on an Ohio Company resolution of January 22, 1796, Rufus Putnam and Benjamin Ives Gilman signed a deed conveying unappropriated land to Charles Greene for $12.36. The land included four garden lots near Campus Martius and four house lots in Campus Martius on which two of them Greene had houses. |
