Manasseh Cutler's communication to the Directors of the Ohio Company for the transfer of one Company share from himself to Abner Cheever, father and heir of Joshua Cheever. Cutler had been credited with five shares instead of four in the divisions of May 12, 1792, from which Joshua Cheever had been omitted. This document corrects the error.
