Acting on an Ohio Company resolution of January 22, 1796, Rufus Putnam and Benjamin Ives Gilman signed a deed conveying unappropriated land to Rufus Putnam for $30.12. The land included two garden lots near Campus Martius and two house lots in Campus Martius, on one of which Putnam had a house. |
